The New England Patriots are not even waiting the standard 4-year period to induct recently retired legend Tom Brady into their Hall of Fame. Brady’s transcendent 20-year Patriots career, which included an NFL record 6 Super Bowl titles, warrants immediate recognition in Foxboro.

So on June 12th, 2024, just shy of two years after Brady’s final season in Tampa Bay, the quarterback affectionately known as the GOAT will receive his red jacket in the Patriots Hall of Fame. Owner Robert Kraft announced the surprise induction during New England’s 2023 season opener versus Philadelphia.

“Tom, there’s not enough time for me, my family and all our fans to say ‘thank you’ to you,” Kraft explained while praising Brady’s legacy. “So we look forward to doing it at that Hall of Fame ceremony — 6/12/24.”

In a rare move, Brady’s Patriots Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place inside Gillette Stadium instead of just outside at Patriot Place. Considering Brady’s mythical status as the ultimate winner and franchise icon, the team is pulling out all the stops to honor his place in Patriots history.

While Canton calls down the road in 2027 at the earliest, New England waiving the waiting period exemplifies Brady’s profound impact. His stats, awards and titles stand far above any player from one of sports’ most successful dynasties. There was no reason to postpone recognizing Brady’s greatness in Foxboro – he long ago cemented his legacy as the heart of the Patriots dynasty.
